Foundation Program
NEW: Starting April 4th, Foundation Program will be at a new time - 4:00-6:30 Every Sunday. There will be a FREE introduction on April 4th. Everyone who has attended classes at the center before is welcome to come. Check it out to see if this is the right program for you.
The Purpose of Foundation Program
The Foundation Program is for those who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic study and practice. Foundation Program provides more in depth study and support for those practitioners who wish deepen their experience of Buddha's teachings. At the moment the Foundation Program students are studying "Joyful Path to Good Fortune" which is the complete Buddhist Path to Enlightenment.

Dharma for Kids Class

Please be aware that we will not have Dharma for Kids on April 18th.

Lunchtime Meditation Class
|
Starting in April, the student-taught lunchtime meditation class on Thursdays will be suspended.
