Starting in January - Meditation Classes in Beaverton

Monday Nights in Beaverton

Starting in January we will offer a meditation class at the Beaverton Willow Creek Campus of Portland Community College.  The series will be "Overcoming Fear and Stress."  Very similar to our other weekly classes, each will include two guided meditations and a talk on how to use Buddha's teachings to find inner peace and an opportunity to ask questions.
