Starting in January - Meditation Classes in Beaverton
|
Monday Nights in Beaverton
|
Starting in January we will offer a meditation class at the
Beaverton Willow Creek Campus of Portland Community College. The series will be "Overcoming Fear and Stress." Very
similar to our other weekly classes, each will include two guided meditations and a talk on how to use Buddha's teachings to find inner peace and an opportunity to ask questions. Although each class is
taught as part of a series, it is also self-contained, so newcomers are
always welcome.
Click here to be forwarded to the PCC website for registration information.
Note
that there are two PCC classes under the same heading. The Tuesday
night class SW Portland refers to our regular Tuesday night class held
here at the center. The Tuesday night class in Portland never requires
a registration, but the Monday night class on the PCC campus does. |
