Free Public Talk in Clackamas

Want to understand the basics of meditation? Come to a Free Public Talk at the New Seasons in Clackamas. This talk by Resident Teacher Heather Rocklin will include two guided meditations and a talk on how to apply meditation to daily life.

Upcoming Series: The Confidence to Change - Overcoming Discouragement and Insecurity

In this series Resident Teacher Heather Rocklin will expand on the themes and meditations presented in the Confidence to Change free public talks.

Happiness and suffering are states of mind. Through gaining insight into the nature of our mind, we can see clearly that if we change our mind, we can change our world.

Each of these classes include two guided meditations and a talk on how to
use Buddha's teachings to find inner peace, and an opportunity to ask questions.

 Time:   Sundays 10:30am - noon (Prayers for World Peace, with Dharma for Kids)
Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Fridays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
 Cost:    $10 per class, $8 on Friday nights with a student rate of half price for every class. 
No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
